Write a line parallel to y=6x-1 that has a y intercept of 2

parallel line means same slope so m = 6x
y-intercept of 2 means y = 2 when x = 0
so our line will be y = 6x + b
and we will plug in the point we know is on it (0,2)
2 = 6*0 + b
b = 2
so the line is y = 6x + 2
