0.1 is 0.10 and 27 is greater than 10 so therefore 0.27 is greater than 0.1 HOWEVER as 0.27 is -0.27, 0.27 is less than 0.1 ;)
-0.27 is less than .01 because -0.27 is a negative number and .01 is still a positive number
