There are  4 coins in the  cup.

Prob( choosing first a penny then a nickel) = 1/4 * 1/3  = 1/12

Prob(choosing first a nickel then a penny) = 1/4 * 1/3 = 1/12

Required probability  =1/12 + 1/12  = 1/6 Answer
