First we need to decided 15 by 300, to see how much gas it took for each mile.
I got 0.05, so now we know it takes .05 gallons of gas for each mile.
Now we multiply 0.05 by 360 to get our answer, 18.
You would need 18 gallons of gas to travel 360 miles.

300 : 15 = 360 : x
x = 15 * 360 : 300
x = 18 (gallons for 360 miles)
