C. Poets
The word "fools" has only been used once in the poem in the second last stanza. The verse is "Poems are made by fools like me,". This verse clearly indicates that the poet is firstly calling himself a fool and also he is calling other poets a fool too. For poets can only try to praise the beauty of a tree, while it is God who makes these beautiful things of nature. According to the poet, a poem can never be as lovely as a tree itself. So it is just a foolish attempt to capture its loveliness in words.
