The slope-intercept form of a line is:
[tex]y - yo = m(x - xo)[/tex]
Where m is the slope and (xo,yo)=(4,1/3)

[tex]y - \frac{1}{3} = \frac{3}{4} (x - 4)[/tex]
[tex]y - \frac{1}{3} = \frac{3}{4} x - 3[/tex]
[tex]y = \frac{3}{4} x - \frac{8}{3} [/tex]
