There is one solution.
Just divide the 2nd line by two to get -2x + y= 3, then put it in slope-intercept to get y= -2x + 3
THen
y=2x+3
y= -2x + 3 subtract
4x=0
so x=0
plug in 0 for x
y= 2(0) +3
so y =3.
plug in to check
3=0+3 checkmark
-4(0) +2(3) = 6 checkmark
