The length of one side of a square is 58 square inches. What is the area of the square?

As you know a square has all of its sides equal and has four sides.To find the area,you have to know what the height and the width is.Well,we already know from the problem that one side is 58 in and as i said before all sides of a square are equal length.So the height and width would both be 58 in.Now we have to multiply the height and the width.58*58=3364.So, the area of the square is 3364 in.
