Which one does not belong 3:4, 9:12, 12:15, 12:16 and why

3:4 is the answer. Look at it like a pattern. 9:12, 3 goes into both of them, 12:15, 3 goes into both of them, 12:16, 4 goes into both of them. However nothing goes into both the numbers in 3:4.

3:4 can not belong because it doesn't have 12 like other does.
