There's probably and easier way to do this, but if you set up an equation in point slope form and input 0 for x that should work. The slope is (-3-7)/(-2-3)= 2, so an equation would be y=2(x-3)+7. y=2(0-3)+7  =  y=-6+7= 1, and of course the x coordinate is 0, so (0, 1) is the y int.
