Kaufman was a writer, artist and known best for his contributions in the Beat
movement. He is German-Jewish and African descent. Though known for being
active racial and classic regarding topics of isolation and myths, he was imprisoned
for breaking the law and took beatings, electric shock therapy and became drug
addict. These experiences inspired him more in his literary. The following are
the excerpts of his write-ups:
