To answer this question we can make the following rule of three:
 3/4 ---> 750
 1 ------> x
 We clear the value of x:
 x = (1 / (3/4)) * (750)
 x = (4/3) * (750)
 x = 1000
 Answer:
 one inch would be equal to
 x = 1000 miles
