The Earth radius is [tex]r=6.37 \cdot 10^6 m[/tex].
For the law of conservation of energy, the energy required to move the object to an altitude of h=2r is equal to the gravitational potential energy of the object at that altitude, which is
[tex]U=mgh=mg(2r)=(1350 kg)(9.81 m/s^2)(2\cdot 6.37\cdot 10^6 m)=[/tex]
[tex]=1.69\cdot 10^{11}J[/tex]
And this is the energy required to move the object at that altitude.
