h[g(x)] when x=3:
x=3→h[g(3)]
x=3→g(3)=9(3)-1
g(3)=27-1
g(3)=26

h[g(3)]=h(26)=-2(26)
h(26)=-52

h[g(x)] when x=3 is -52

Answer: Option B. -52
