amount of work done is equal to l/h

so 50/3=16.66667

round your ans to 2 significant figure

so your ans will be 17m/kg

have to find the lift which would be 50kg times 9.8N/kg which would give you 490N. the formula for work is force times distance. so 490N times 3m= 1470J
