First, I would isolate the y to make it easier
7y=-4x-5
y=-4/7x-5/7

Since there are basically and infinite amount of solutions to this equation, I would plug in both a 4 and -4 for x in the equation and solve for y

y=(-4/7)(4)-5/7
y=-16/7-5/7
y=-21/7, or -3

So since (4,-3) is a choice, the answer is C

Hope this helps
