After the attack on Pearl Harbor, the president FDR focuses on the unity and strength of the American people and of other nations who believed in freedom as one of his persuasive strategies. He attracted to the unity and strength of the American people to backing the war and overcome the current difficulties and he spoke the Congress to officially declare war on Japan.
